General Information


    Fax Orders:
    Faxed purchase orders should reference art. A hard copy of all artwork must be faxed.

    Email Artwork Requirements:
    Make sure your company name, contact, phone, purchase order numbers are clearly stated. For quality imprinting, artwork files must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator, Vector format, EPS file.

    Imprint Color Matching:
    PMS color matching is $20.00 (G). Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee an exact PMS match. Pantone Matching colors could vary slightly due to background color and material finish.

    Paper Proofs (xerox copy):
    Paper proof will show image size $10.00 (G). We must have immediate approval to maintain shipping schedule.

    Production Time:
    Production time begins only when all artwork is received, proofs approved and payment received.

    Shipping:
    All orders should specify an "In Hands" date including the shipping method. If not specified then we reserve the right to ship by whatever means necessary to meet the "In Hands Date". We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, since we have no control over the transportation services.

    Aceptance:
    The customer should inspect the goods immediately upon arrival. Any loss or damage must be reported within three days of receipt. Should the customer fail to give written notice within this time, then the goods will be deemed acceptable.

    Indemnification:
    Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify, defend and hold Double Products Co, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, and costs, including attorney fees, in any infringement actions resulting from use of the artwork supplied by the customer.

    Catalog designs, Artwork, and Trademarks:
    Artwork and trademarks shown on the products in on our website and catalog are shown only as examples of the type and quality of products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork or trademark.
